Purchasing Products
-How do I find a product?
Every product on our site has its own product page with information on style, size, and features. You can find a product page in several ways:
(a) Search. Enter the product name or SKU number into the search bar. You will see everything related to your product. 
(b) Browse. As you look through the collections, you will find product pages within the Collection pages. 

-How do I buy a product?
Please use this form to place your order. For orders going to multiple addresses, please fill out a new form for each destination. Once complete, our team will review your details and send an invoice to the email you provide, along with simple instructions for e-transfer payment. After payment is received, we'll begin processing your order. Shipping is complimentary for orders over $75. 

-How do I know if a product is in stock?
If a product is in stock, you will be able to view it on our website. A 'sold out' banner will show up on products that are unavailable. 
Creating an Account & Payment Details
-Do I need an account to place an order?
Currently, we are a small business and will have accounts available in the future. For now, everything will be processed via email at granzaraco@gmail.com

-What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept e-transfer via email. We will provide an electronic invoice prior to requesting e-transfers.

Please provide full address

Delivery & Shipping
-How quickly can I get my order and how much will it cost?
(a) Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days $2.50 (1-4 cards) $4.50 (5 or more cards)
(b) Free Shipping: When you spend $75, shipping is complimentary

-Can I track my order?
At this time, we do not offer tracking.

-Which country/region can you deliver to?
We deliver within Canada only. 

-Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can specify what products and quantities will ship to each address. 

-Can I change the delivery address once my order has been sent?
Once an invoice has been processed, we may not be able to change a delivery address. Please email us at granzaraco@gmail.com to request.

Taxes & Duties
-What duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Taxes will be included on invoice and will be based on location. No duties charged on domestic orders.

Returns & Exchanges
-How do I return or exchange an item?
We will review requests for returns via email at granzaraco@gmail.com. We do not process exchanges at this time.
